Do I have to make reservations and purchase tickets in advance?
You may walk-in for a tour, however purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended. Our tours have limited seating and frequently sell out in advance.
Are children allowed on your tours?
Absolutely! We welcome children of all ages! Children between the ages of 6 and 12 will receive a discount and children 5 and under are FREE.
What do we need to bring or wear?
You should always check the weather before your tour and always dress appropriately to the weather conditions. Please bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen if you like. It is always a good idea to bring a windbreaker or fleece, especially early or late in the season.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Where do I park?
We have ample FREE parking. Motorhomes and Motorcoaches welcome!
Will I need a passport?
No, passports or visa are not required for our Tours
Will the tour go out if it is raining?
Yes, our boats are covered and we do go out in the rain.
Are food and drinks allowed on a tour?
We do not have concessions on board our boats, however we do have concessions on shore prior to boarding and you are welcome to bring food and drink aboard with you. We offer picnic/box lunches for any of our tours. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on tours traveling in Canadian waters.
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes, there is a head/restroom on all our boats.
Is smoking allowed on board the boats?
Smoking is not permitted on the docks or aboard our vessels.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Boldt Castle on Heart Island or Rock Island Lighthouse on Rock Island. Service animals are allowed.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! Groups of 20 or more will receive a discount. To be eligible for the discount we require one payment for the entire group
Do you offer private cruises?
Yes! We offer private cruises/tours from May through November. Contact our group tour department for information about private parties, special events, weddings, bachelorette parties, etc.! We welcome Motorcoach Groups and offer complete tour planning services including step-on-guides
Is it customary to tip the crew?
Yes, it is customary, but completely at the discretion of our guests. They are greatly appreciated.
